Prices include our submission handling, paperwork, packaging, and cross-border processing. Pricing may change due to grading company updates, exchange rates, declared card value, shipping, insurance, or additional grading service fees.

Cross-Border Handling

Every submission is carefully prepared with the proper paperwork and secure packaging to help minimize customs delays and ensure your cards arrive safely. Any applicable duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or grading company surcharges remain the responsibility of the customer.

Submission Guidelines

Before dropping off or shipping your cards, place each card in a penny sleeve and then into a semi-rigid Card Saver. Do not tape the sleeve or Card Saver. Keep your cards in the order you would like them submitted. Place the stack inside a team bag or between two pieces of cardboard. If shipping your cards, use a bubble mailer or padded box with enough protection to prevent movement during transit.

Grading results are determined solely by the grading company and cannot be guaranteed. Turnaround times are estimates provided by the grading company and may change without notice. Additional charges may apply if a card exceeds the declared value or requires a higher service level. Big Moose Sports manages the submission process but does not control grading decisions, turnaround times, or grading company policies.
